제4회 외국인 한글 백일장 대회

부산외국어대학교 한국어문화교육원에서는 부산글로벌센터와 함께 한글날을 기념하여 한글에 대한 관심을 촉구하고 외국인들의 한국어 학습의 동기를 부여하고자 『제4회 외국인 한글 백일장 대회』를 개최하고자 합니다. 외국인 여러분의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

1. 대회 개요
  ○ 일시 : 2011. 10. 6(목), 10:00~15:00
  ○ 장소 : 부산광역시청 대강당
  ○ 개최 분야 : 산문(수필부), 운문(시부)
  ○ 주제 : 행사당일 발표
  ○ 주최․주관 : 부산글로벌센터, 부산외국어대학교

2. 시   상
  ○ 1등 (2명) : 상장 및 상금 각 100만원
  ○ 2등 (2명) : 상장 및 상금 각 50만원
  ○ 3등 (2명) : 상장 및 상금 각 30만원
  ○ 특별상 (2명) : 상장 및 상금 각 20만원
    ※ 특별상은 2010년과 2011년 대회에 모두 참가한 자 중 한국어 능력에 큰 향상이 있는 자를 대상으로 수여합니다.

3. 참가 신청
  ○ 신청기간 : 2011. 9. 5(월) ~ 9. 30(금)
  ○ 참가자격
    - 부산 지역에 거주하고 있는 외국인으로서 한국어를 모국어로 하지 않는 사람
    - 거주기간 : 제한 없음
  ○ 신청방법 : 방문, 팩스, 이메일 (※우편 접수 불가)

  ○ 제출 서류 : 참가신청서 1부

  ○ 원고지, 필기구, 점심은 행사 당일 제공될 예정입니다.

6. 참가자 특전
  ○ 참가자가 백일장 대회에서 제출하신 모든 작문은 한국어 선생님들이 모두 개별 수정하여 참가자들에게 돌려드릴 예정이니(이메일 또는 우편), 많이 참가하시어 자신의 한국어 실력을 확인하시기 바랍니다.
  ○ 올해 참가자가 제출한 작문은 모두 부산글로벌센터에 보관되며, 내년 대회까지 2년 연속으로 참가하는 경우 특별상 수상 대상자로 고려됩니다.
  ○ 백일장 참가자들에게는 향후 부산글로벌센터에서 실시하는 각종 행사(기업 탐방, 한국문화체험)에 참가할 기회를 드립니다.

The 4th Korean Writing Contest

Busan Foundation for International Activities(BFIA) and Pusan University of Foreign Studies(PUFS) are holding the 4th Korean Writing Contest in order to promote understanding of Hangul and motivate expatriates who study Korean language. We look forward to your participation in this event.

01. Overview
  Date & Time : October 6, 2011, 10:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m
  Venue : Grand Auditorium at Busan City Hall
  Contest Divisions : Essay & Poetry
  Topic will be announced on the contest day.
  The contest is brought to you by Busan Foundation for International Activities(BFIA) and Pusan University of Foreign Studies(PUFS)

02. Awards
  First Place(2 winners) : A certificate and 1,000,000KW/per person
  Second Place(2 winners) : A certificate and 500,000KW/per person
  Third Place(2 winners) : A certificate and 300,000KW/per person
  Special Award(2 winners) : A certificate and 200,000KW/per person
  ※ Special Award will be given to those who attend this contest two years consecutively(2010 and 2011) and have a great improvement compared to last year.

03. Application
  Application Period : from September 5 (Mon) to September 30(Fri), 2011
  Qualification
 - All foreign nationals who have residing in Busan and whose mother tongue is not Korean.
 * No limitation on the length of residence in Korea.

 - Paper, pen & lunch will be provided by Organizer.
 - All the compositions submitted will be corrected by Korean teachers and returned to participants either by email or by post.
 - Copies of all the compositions will be kept by BFIA and considered for Special Award next year.
 - Participants will have priorities to join activities organized by BFIA like Industrial Trip and Korean Culture Experience Program.
