1. 기숙사 외박 안내

 Info. for Apply for a night out of dorm'

 - All students living in on and off-campus dormitory must apply for a night out in advance in the following ways. If you violate this, you may be dismissed, so be careful.

- Of course, GKS scholarship students should spend nights in the dormitory as much as possible. Apply only if it is inevitable to stay out overnight.

- It's about staying out overnight among the rules of living in an off-campus dormitory. Keep that in mind.

1) Article of off campus dorm'

제14조 (외박)
① 10일 이상의 장기외박 희망자는 사전에 사감의 승인을 얻은 후 실시한다.
② 외박한 사생은 약속 기일 내에 통보 없이 귀사하지 않을 경우 무단 외박으로 간주한다.
③ 승인된 외박의 경우라도 외박 입력 오류 등 소정의 절차를 이행하지 아니하면 무단외박으로 간주한다
④ 외박으로 인해 발생된 기숙사비는 감면 또는 환급되지 않는다.
⑤ 외박신청시간은 외박신청일 23:30 이전까지 신청한다.
⑥ 승인된 외박의 경우 외박신청일 23:30 이전까지 취소하고 귀사 할 때에는 정문폐쇄시간인 오전 1:00까지 귀사 하여야 한다

 Article 14 (Sleep-over)
① Those who wish to stay out for at least 10 days shall be conducted after obtaining approval from the head resident in advance.
② Those who stay out of the room shall be deemed unauthorized if they do not return without notice within the appointed date.
③ Even in the case of an approved overnight stay, if certain procedures, such as an error in the entry of overnight stay, are not implemented, it shall be deemed unauthorized overnight stay.
④ Dormitory expenses incurred due to staying out shall not be reduced or refunded.
⑤ The application time for overnight stays shall be applied before 23:30 on the application date for overnight stays.
⑥ In the case of an approved overnight stay, it shall be canceled before 23:30, and when returning, students must return by 1:00 am, the closing time of the main gate.

2) Article of on campus dorm' 

 제15조 (외박)

• ① 외박은 평일, 주말 구분 없이 자유롭게 신청하며 신청은 매일 00:00 ~ 22:30까지 홈페이지 및 모바일을 통하여 신청가능하다. 주말 및 공휴일에도 별도의 외박신청을 필요로 한다.
• ② 8일을 초과하는 장기외박 희망자는 사전에 사유서를 작성하여 사감의 승인을 얻은 후 실시한다.
• ③ 외박한 사생이 귀사 지정일에 통보 없이 귀사하지 않을 경우 무단 외박으로 간주한다.
• ④ 승인된 외박의 경우라도 외박일수 및 정보입력 오류 등으로 인한 무단외박 처리는 무단외박으로 간주한다.
• ⑤ 외박기간 동안의 기숙사비는 감면 또는 환급되지 않는다.
• ⑥ 승인된 외박의 경우 외박신청일 22:30 이전까지 취소하고 귀사 할 때에는 정문폐문시간인 01:00까지 귀사 하여야 한다.
