▪ Preparation
- Overseas vaccination certificate original copy
- Alien Registration Card

▪ Note
- Details of the inoculation certificate
ⓛName, ②Date of birth, ③Vaccine type, ④Inoculation date, ⑤Inoculation institution name,
⑥ Documented data including the seal of the inoculation institution or the relevant national health authority.
If it is not in Korean or English, a Korean or English translation and translation certificate (individual translation requires notarization) must be submitted together with the original inoculation certificate.
- If you have received basic vaccination with a vaccine* that is not approved by WHO among domestic unlicensed vaccines, your vaccination history is not recognized, so re-vaccination is required.
* Vaccines not approved by WHO cannot be registered.
- In case of forgery or submission of false documents, criminal punishment (up to 10 years in prison) or fine for negligence may be imposed, and entry may be denied or deportation may occur.
