<br>미국 전역에 매장을 두고 있는 패션의류 회사로 7~8주 정도의 본사 교육 후에, 미전역의 매장을 순회하며 매장 내 네트워크 설치, 점검, 수리와 기기 점검, 라인 정리 및 설치 등을 하는 업무 입니다.
<br>5명씩 team을 이뤄 다니게 되며, 출장의 모든 경비는 회사 부담입니다.
<br>이 회사는 작년 10월 기준 350여개의 retail store를 보유하고 있는 작년 말부터 수십 개의 신규 store를 오픈. 이에, 신규 매장이나 renovation을 한 매장을 중심으로 support technician team을 파견해서 본사의 지시에 따라 매장 오픈을 위한 기기(POS, computer, telephone, etc)나 시스템 설치를 하게 됩니다.

<br>**The company`s HQ is in Los Angeles, CA, but the interns will frequently travel from one store location to another after several weeks of initial training in HQ
<br>Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting s/w and h/w issues that deal with the IT Support Team. Support technician is responsible for the installation of POS, phone, and network lines at new/relocation/remodeled stores and ensure it opens on time. He/she is also responsible for supporting HW and stores by phone or Intranet in a quick and efficient manner on-site, remotely, or by a third party vendor.
<br>*- Must be familiar with POS to be able to support and trouble shoot.
<br>*- Assists internal users by providing Level 1 guidance, investigating questions, and trouble-shooting issues for desktop hardware and applications, network connectivity, and related issues.
<br>*- Routinely interacts and responds promptly to end user requests and inquiries via telephone, e-mail, intranet, and in person. Use of remote control software (Dameware and PCAnyWhere).
<br>*- Documents reported problems and performs trouble ticket tracking, escalation, resolution, documentation and follow-up.
<br>*- Establishes computing environment for new users, including network e-mail accounts and setting up work stations with a standard OS and application installation (using Symantec Ghost).
<br>*- Works with end users and other Help Desk Staff to prioritize service requests.
<br>*- Works with other IT staff to maintain complete and accurate system documentation and assist in testing new features and program updates.
<br>*- Maintains and reports statistics on systems and applications.
<br>*- Establishes and maintains the standard desktop installation image used by Level 1 support staff to set-up new POS or desktop machines. Required Skills and Qualifications:
<br>*- BS in Programming or Computer Science.
<br>*- Practical knowledge in the following areas REQUIRED: Supporting Microsoft Outlook 2003 Supporting Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP Supporting Office 2003 Suites
<br>*- Ability to manage tasks and meet schedules/deadlines.
<br>*- Must have good organizational and communication skills – Written and Oral.
<br>*- Must have excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
<br>*- 25% Travel Required.
<br>*- Must be flexible with work schedule! This is a MUST.
<br>*- Driving experience a plus.
